How not to be Google-eyed

Tip of the hat to @F-Secure for a nice piece on 4 ways to get Google out of your life. While I spend a lot of time here focused on Facebook’s difficulties balancing privacy with its core mission of sharing as much info as possible, there are plenty of other ways in which information (and misinformation) about you might be spreading, and Google is not always your friend.

The article also points to a comprehensive Wired article on Un-Googling Yourself.
