Facebook ruminations and mystery shopper misery

Some useful commentary for Facebook users from Mashable:

  • Kate Freeman suggests that you should think about How to Protect Your Children From Phishing Scams (makes sense to me), and includes a link to 5 Tips to Keep Spear Phishers Out of Your Inbox. I have to agree that it’s worth remembering that however sophisticated your kids seem when they’re sat at a computer, they may not have that protective layer of cynicism and experience that is one of the few advantages of being older… High-level stuff, but worth thinking about if there are still people out there who think FB is a safe environment.

And while it’s nothing to do with Facebook, I’ve just posted a blog article at ESET on a Mystery Shopper scam you might consider worth a look.
